More about Jenny:
As an Asian-American immigrant, Jenny learned about food (life, really) through the workings of Chinese restaurants, where her family has worked since before she was born. Born and raised in cities (Shenzhen and NYC, respectively) instilled an interest n urban environments in her, one that she is exploring through working at the Old Acre. She believes that there is something special to be said about engaging with a space full of love, care, and food. This is done as she gives her arms a workout by rolling the pizza dough. When she's not on the farm, Jenny is usually biking, running, or drinking some sort of black tea.
