A little bit more about Hilary:
Hilary is from the beautiful town of Lawrence, Kansas, and grew up showing chickens in 4-H. She flocked to the Farm from her very first day at Yale, both for Harvest and to spend time with the chickens. She has led two Harvest trips full of the coolest people on the planet, and was lucky enough to serve as Harvest Moobah in 2021. As a farm manager, Hilary loved leading the Sunday workdays, especially if there was kale harvesting involved. As a History major focusing on environmental history, she is interested in the history of natural resources management and animal agriculture. Aside from the chickens (obviously), her favorite part about the Farm is the big ol' apple tree.
