Makena Senzon hails from Jupiter, Florida and is studying a Chemical Engineering with a certificate in Food, Agriculture, and Climate Change. She loves eating a crisp carrot, dancing in the rain, and climbing rocks in a forest. Makena is passionate about scientific communication and applying green engineering principles to environmental issues. On a grey visit to Yale as a perspective student, Makena trekked up to The Old Acre and knew that she had found her future home on campus. As a Farm Manager, she is thrilled to spread the teachings of YSFP to the community.
